Hello, I’m Rúben Maia — a writer, a seeker of stories, and a traveller between worlds, eras, and sensibilities. My work is born from that place where the real meets the extraordinary, where History ceases to be merely the past and becomes a living stage for mysteries, emotions, and human revelations.

From an early age, I was drawn to narratives that challenge boundaries: between the visible and the hidden, between what we know and what we only sense. Writing, for me, has never been just a creative act — it is a way of excavating the deeper layers of human experience, of understanding how courage, resilience, and the bonds we forge shape who we are and who we may become.

This saga, in particular, has become a journey of discovery. Not only through ancient ruins, forgotten symbols, or enigmas that cross civilizations, but through the way each chapter compelled me to look inward. The writing led me to unexpected places: memories, encounters, cities that welcomed me, and people who, directly or silently, left their mark on my path.
