Stefano Verani, graduated in Mechanical Engineering and a passionate scholar of both ancient and modern languages, has dedicated years to the study of myths, sacred texts, and the analysis of archaeological artifacts and sites. Combining philological rigor with a unique technical sensitivity, he has explored the technologies and tools used by past civilizations — an approach he calls “archeoengineering.”
In particular, he has merged his engineering expertise with a passion for ancient artifacts and architecture, aiming to reconstruct the methods and instruments employed by civilizations of the past.
A keen traveler and field researcher, Stefano has conducted investigations in Egypt, Peru, Ecuador, Turkey, Israel, Greece, Normandy, Indonesia, the Himalayas, Mexico, Britain, India, Italy, and many other historic locations.
His original perspective — bridging classical scholarship and archeoengineering — offers a unique and captivating vision of ancient history, which comes to life in his books.
Born on September 20, 1960, in Erba, Italy, Stefano Verani currently resides in Varese. He has held senior managerial positions in multinational companies, working in several countries, and since 1980 has been a member of the Italian National Association of Translators and Interpreters.
He holds numerous international technological patents and is the author of:
*DEUS – Volume 1: The Age of Gold.
*DEUS – Volume 2: Wars of Men and Gods.
