She runs the proactive Impact Programme for The Wave - a 'slice of the ocean' in Bristol, UK - which aims to bring surfing and blue health to more people who need it.

Abby is a dedicated cold water dipper who can be found bobbing around the tidal pools of north Cornwall year-round. She is a massive advocate for the benefits of cold water immersion and the community to be found around wild swimming, and is on a mission to help everyone find their own unique connection with blue space - whatever their level of water confidence.
