Louie V. Larimer, JD/MBA is the Founder of Focused Strategies, Inc.--a management consulting firm that helps organizational leaders create high levels of human performance, productivity and profitability.

He is also the Founder and Principal Mediator of Judicial Alternatives, Inc.—a mediation company providing mediation services in complex business, probate, employment, construction, real estate and high asset divorce cases.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in business administration, and a juris doctorate. Mr. Larimer has taught graduate level courses in law, ethics, leadership, negotiations and conflict resolution for Regis University’s School for Professional Studies, and The University of Phoenix.

He has over forty-five years of experience as an attorney, corporate educator, and founder/chief executive officer of several private equity ventures.
