Dr. Ralph M. Watkins is an educator dedicated to advancing Indigenous educational sovereignty and culturally affirming leadership. With over 10 years of experience working in predominantly Native schools in Alaska, Dr. Watkins specializes in building authentic partnerships with tribal communities, integrating Indigenous knowledge into school systems, and supporting non-Native leaders in decolonizing their practice. I'm passionate about creating environments where Native students and families thrive, and I am committed to continuous learning, humility, and centering Indigenous voices.
