Dennis Noss, MSc. IRS Enrolled Agent: Holds a Master's of Science in Finance and Accounting and is a long-standing investment professional member of the CFA Institute with over 20 years in the financial industry. Dennis Noss attended the Tax Law Institute in Washington, D.C. and was mentored by a retired federal tax court judge. He is a Retirement and Tax Strategist, limiting his tax practice to representation, individual and business tax planning, and asset and investment tax planning strategies. He is also a past President of the IRS Enrolled Agent Society in San Jose, California, and the Enrolled Agent license is the highest credential issued by the Department of the Treasury to the IRS for competence in Federal Taxation.
