Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith (born March 4, 1953) is a martial arts icon and business mentor. A seven-time PKA World Champion and full-contact pioneer with a 21–1 record, he simultaneously mastered the business of martial arts under the mentorship of Jhoon Rhee. Starting in 1970, Jeff ran high-volume schools in D.C., working every operational role from Program Director to General Manager.

Unlike many champions, Jeff successfully transitioned to business, founding Jeff Smith’s Karate in 1981. Today, he serves as a key consultant with Martial Arts Wealth Mastery, mentoring school owners to build profitable, professional operations. He provides practical guidance on retention, enrollment, and staffing, helping owners avoid costly "trial-and-error" learning curves. As COO of Mile High Karate, he continues to lead by example.
