Marcus leads the strategy, design, and delivery of Microsoft-focused cyber defense services for large and complex organisations. He shapes modern SOC and cyber defense capabilities, making sure technology, process, and people are aligned to business risk and board-level priorities.

Building on a strong foundation in infrastructure and security operations, Marcus now concentrates on large-scale security transformation, helping clients standardise on the Microsoft security ecosystem across Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra, Sentinel, and Defender XDR. He is recognised for industrialising Microsoft Sentinel and XDR, embedding SecDevOps practices, and integrating Microsoft Security Copilot into day-to-day operations. His leadership focuses on turning complex platforms into repeatable, measurable, value-driven services that materially uplift an organisation’s security maturity.
