Dr. Michael T. Blue is a leadership strategist, educator, and executive coach with nearly two decades of experience developing people across education, business, and community contexts. He holds a doctorate in Strategic Leadership with a focus on people development from Regent University and is an ICF-certified coach, working with leaders at every stage of growth.
His professional background spans technology, hospitality, entertainment, and facilities management, where he has led large-scale leadership development initiatives, coached executives and emerging leaders, and designed transformational learning experiences rooted in identity, character, and purpose.
In addition to his corporate and consulting work, Dr. Blue serves as an adjunct professor, mentors young adults in the collegiate transition space, and teaches leadership to men in correctional facilities. He is also a poet and spoken-word communicator, known for blending strategic insight with storytelling that challenges and inspires.
Dr. Blue is the co-founder of The Blues Print Co., a leadership development ecosystem dedicated to helping individuals, families, schools, and organizations rise with intention and design. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and their three children.
