Nicholas Groves

Nick doesn’t take life too seriously, but he holds accountability, humbleness, and responsibility to a high standard. He's a private aviation professional who lives squarely in the middle of real life: mid-career, mid-life, still figuring things out like everyone else.

He didn’t grow up broke or privileged; he was middle-class. After entering the real world of adulthood, bad mindsets, worse decisions, and not-so-good company led to years of financial stress, frustration, and self-sabotage. Fixing that didn’t come from luck, motivation, or a magic system. It came from slowly learning that his thoughts, habits, and choices were steering everything, whether he liked it or not.

He’s not a CEO, influencer, or sales bro. He’s still learning, still failing, still improving. What he can’t stand is watching people blame the world, other people, or “the system” for problems they keep creating themselves. He also believes kindness and basic respect shouldn’t be rare anymore, and that treating people like garbage isn’t some badge of toughness.

Own Your Sh*t: You’re the Problem was written to bring relatability back into self-help. No fake success stories. No guru energy. Just a mirror. Because most people don’t need a handout or a motivational quote, they need to take an honest look at themselves and start doing the work.
