SUSHIL SHENDGE

Sushil Shendge is an officer of the Indian Revenue Service and currently serves as Joint Commissioner of Income Tax in the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. A medical doctor by training, he holds an MBBS and an MD from institutions in Mumbai and Delhi.

With extensive experience in tax investigation and intelligence-led enforcement across Maharashtra, his work has involved complex searches and high-stakes economic offence cases, earning professional recognition. His fiction draws on this background to explore the moral and psychological dimensions of investigation. Tempered Proof is his debut novel.
