Richard Leonard

Richard Leonard is a successful property investor, author, mentor and property coach with over 30 years’ experience in the property industry. He is the proud owner of a high income-generating HMO portfolio currently worth around 5 million pounds.

In 1990, Richard founded Lenwell Property Management, which has helped manage and develop housing across the South-East of England. To date, he has successfully raised 2.8 million pounds in investor capital, which he has used in the acquisition and development of 18 high-quality HMOs. These projects have provided secure, modern housing for hundreds of tenants, while giving strong returns to his investors.

Before becoming a full-time property investor, Richard built a solid career in consultancy and technology project management, delivering complex and demanding solutions to a number of large corporate clients, including BT, Cable & Wireless, National Grid, Barclays and Coca-Cola. He has full membership of the Association for Project Management (MAPM).

Richard lives in East Hertfordshire, with his family. He’s passionate about family, friends and motorcycling, and he’s also an avid Chelsea supporter.
