Loreta Tarozaite works with overwhelmed leaders navigating growth and change, helping them fix what’s no longer working before technology and AI scale the problem.
In her work as a fractional Chief of Staff and CMO, she aligns People, Process, and Presence to address misalignment where it shows up first and most visibly: in marketing, communication, and leadership presence.
Her work brings leadership, communication, and structure together in practical, human ways. Early in her career as a prime-time television news anchor and journalist, Loreta learned how to make sense of chaos in real time, and why clarity, roles, and information flow are the difference between things working and things breaking at scale.
Loreta lived and worked in Silicon Valley, partnering directly with technology startups and leadership teams on video storytelling, executive presence, and narrative clarity. That work gave her an early view into where things start to break as companies grow, well beyond just video.
She later stepped into in-house roles at global technology companies SanDisk and Western Digital, where she designed and led corporate video and visual storytelling initiatives, built teams, worked across functions, and coached executives on on-camera presence. Long before it had a name, her work focused on creating alignment through communication systems that connected teams, strategy, and story.
That work came fully to life at Phison, where Loreta built the global marketing and communications department from the ground up and continues to lead it today. It was there that she formally implemented her People, Process, Presence (3Ps) framework. At Phison, the framework was adopted at scale to align leadership and team priorities, workflows, communication, and external visibility into one connected operating system.
Loreta is known for a clear belief: technology and AI do not fix dysfunction, they scale it. Structure comes first. Alignment follows. Speed only works when the foundation holds.
Her work speaks to overwhelmed leaders navigating growth, change, and transition, those who need perspective and guidance to align people, systems, and communication before momentum is lost.
She lives and works in the United States and advises executive teams globally.
