Ron Partridge

Ron Partridge is a career operator, not a commentator. Over thirty-five years he has run product lines, business units, international subsidiaries, and global sales and marketing organizations, holding profit-and-loss responsibility for businesses from 90 million to more than one billion dollars and leading teams of up to 1,250 people in more than 100 countries.

He helped grow a company organically from a few hundred million dollars to over one billion, turned a money-losing European subsidiary into a ten-million-dollar profit in two years, and expanded businesses into new countries on three continents.

He began on a factory floor putting in self-directed work teams, and he has watched several generations of "faster and cheaper" arrive and leave capability on the table. His work focuses on how privately held companies combine AI with their human teams. He holds an MBA in finance and is a veteran. He is originally from the Chicagoland area and lives in Texas.
