Leah Carr

Leah Carr is a wife, a mother of two, and a Director of People & Culture dedicated to equipping the next generation with the financial tools many of us were never taught.

​With over 15 years of leadership in higher education and professional development, Leah holds an Executive MBA from the Ivey Business School and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. She co-created Money with Mommy & Mimi to bridge the gap between boardroom strategy and kitchen-table conversations, making financial literacy accessible, intentional, and—most importantly—fun.

​Born from her lived experience as a parent and educator, Leah’s work is driven by a deep belief that representation and financial confidence must start early. Her mission is to help families raise capable, self-assured children by turning small, everyday lessons into powerful futures.

​When she’s not empowering young minds, Leah can be found in Ontario with her family, practicing the very life skills she shares with the world.
