Donald Herrmann

For over 30 years, Don Herrmann, MBA, SHRM-SCP, CPC, has been a senior-level executive at several companies across multiple industries, with both domestic and global responsibilities. Don's industry experience includes distribution, logistics, financial services, construction, technology, health care, manufacturing, aerospace, and defense. He completed a career in the U.S. Army, where his duties took him around the globe with unique assignments at the White House, the Pentagon, and the United Nations. He was also visiting faculty at many U.S. Army schools of advanced leadership, including the U.S. Army War College, the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy.

Don Herrmann is the award-winning author of Fix HR, Fix Your Business, recipient of the International Book Impact Award for Literary Achievement.

He has taught HR courses at both the Graduate and Undergraduate levels for Marian University in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, and Lakeland University in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Don has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Illinois University, a Master of Business Administration from Brenau University, and additional Graduate work at Central Michigan University.

He currently lives in Wisconsin, where he operates a Fractional HR business, Future Focused HR.
