Barb Knight

Barb Knight has been a devoted member of Abundant Life Church in Upstate New York for over 32 years and has served in full-time ministry since 2015. Her heart is anchored in helping believers encounter God in ways that foster emotional and spiritual wholeness through a deep and abiding relationship with Him.

Through years of missions, outreach, intercessory prayer, and prophetic healing ministry, Barb has witnessed the healing power of God in her own life and in the lives of men and women from diverse backgrounds around the world. As a lead prayer minister with ConnectUp, she led over 100 ministry sessions in which individuals found freedom from fear, pain, and lingering wounds.

Barb's devotionals were born from prayer, compassion, and lived experience. With biblical depth and reflective storytelling, Barb invites women to rediscover God as Healer, Redeemer, and Restorer—and to rest in His steadfast love, where true renewal begins.

Occasionally, you may see a book on gardening, greenhouse gardening, and more. Barb enjoys the beauty of natural habitats, growing organic food, flowers, and fruit, health and diet, exercise, and more!
