Chandra Martin

Chandra Martin is an author, and poet crafting Black stories shaped by memory, legacy, and the supernatural. Rooted in Southern tradition and guided by a deep love of cultural history, her work moves through dark rooms, looming shadows, and the emotional traumas we rarely name aloud. She writes to honor the stories that stay with us — the ones whispered, inherited, and carried forward.

She invites readers to love people they don't agree with, understand people they fear, and question judgments they thought were settled.
