Anna Fedorchuk was born in Rivne, Ukraine. She is a cultural studies expert, practicing psychologist, TV host, public activist, and the founder and creative voice behind the artistic project Igrysta Poezia (Sparkling Poetry).
Her work blends lyrical introspection with quiet strength, exploring themes of love, identity, inner light, and the healing power of tenderness. Through poetry and performance, Anna invites readers into a space where emotional honesty becomes a form of art.
Anna first presented her poetry publicly in the United Kingdom, sharing her work with both Ukrainian and British audiences. One of her poems, “To Be Needed,” was performed during a Full Council meeting in Winchester — a moment when Ukrainian poetry was heard within the space of British local governance as an act of cultural presence and quiet diplomacy.
The project Igrysta Poezia brings together poetry, voice, sound, and visual expression, creating works that resonate both on the page and beyond it. Anna writes and performs her poetry in Ukrainian, reflecting her belief that language is a powerful form of identity, memory, and cultural resilience.
The poetry project Igrysta Poezia is also presented as spoken-word recordings available on Amazon Music.
