Tucker York

Tucker York (MDiv, Covenant Theological Seminary, DMin, Westminster Theological Seminary) has enjoyed a long and stable ministry as the executive pastor at Westminster Presbyterian Church (PCA), Lancaster, Pennsylvania. With the skills of an executive and the heart of a pastor, he has helped guide his church through decades of capital campaigns, staff hirings and departures, strategic planning, leadership development, pastoral transitions, and crises large and small.

Tucker's years as clerk of his presbytery have brought him in close contact with smaller churches whose pastors regularly seek his counsel for challenges with planning, leadership, hiring, building, and discipline. He is dedicated to helping them trade stress and chaos for order and clarity so they can lead their churches to health--and growth.

Tucker and his wife, Stacy, live in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where they oversee the kaleidoscopic lives of their six sons and one daughter.
