Felipe Heemann

Felipe Heemann is a neurobiologist, linguist, and physicist-mathematician trained at the University of São Paulo (USP), with over two decades of research, teaching, and editorial work across molecular neurobiology, neuropsychopharmacology, pathophysiology, and philosophy of science. His central argument, developed across the Brain Codex catalog, is that clinical medicine inherited a Laplacian-Cartesian framework structurally incompatible with the nonlinear, fractal, emergent reality of living systems. The molecular dimension of this argument is developed in Psychotropica Neuroscience, where receptor hysteresis, Lyapunov instability, and combinatorial genetic variability are shown to render the probabilistic averages of evidence-based medicine structurally blind to individual clinical trajectories. The work operates at the intersection of complex systems theory, fractal geometry, dissipative structures, and epistemology of medicine, with phenomenological grounding in Merleau-Ponty and genealogical complement in Foucault.
