Subodh Kumar is the Founder and CEO of Brisk AI and a Harvard Business School alumnus who has spent his career at the intersection of AI strategy and business transformation.

He has worked with leaders across global enterprises and high-growth startups - not as a technologist handing over a roadmap, but as a practitioner who sits in the room where decisions get made. That experience - watching smart leaders struggle to translate AI potential into real organizational change - is what drove him to write this book.
