Skye Gibbins

Skye Gibbins is a Christian author, worship keyboardist and vocalist, and the creator of the Backpack Bible Series—a collection of devotionals designed to help teens and adults discover God’s love through Scripture, real-life stories, and practical wisdom. She knew early in her writing journey that she wanted to create faith-based material that felt honest, accessible, and grounded in biblical truth.

Skye lives in the awe-inspiring mountains of Northern New Mexico, where she enjoys writing, cooking, gardening, exploring the outdoors, and serving in worship ministry. Her passion is to encourage new Christians (and more seasoned ones who seek to grow closer to God’s wisdom) with devotional resources that are warm, relatable, and deeply rooted in God’s Word.
