Anthony Lowther

Anthony lowther, 45 years young, born in Newcastle, United Kingdom!

Born into a world of curiosity, I’ve spent a life in motion—evolving, testing, and expanding the boundaries of what it means to be well. Now 45, I’ve charted a path that blends science, compassion, and a relentless drive toward global harmony.

A life in motion: from carnivore to vegan, from experiment to embodiment

For 30 years, I followed a carnivorous path, exploring the body’s responses, forces, and thresholds as a self-proclaimed measuring device.

Fifteen years ago, I embraced veganism, not as a trend but as a sustained commitment to health, ethics, and the interconnected web of life.

Since age 16, I’ve treated food and physiology as a living laboratory—testing hypotheses, tracking outcomes, and refining practices based on real-world data and lived experience.

My approach remains iterative: always trying new things, always listening to the body, always learning from the feedback it provides.

Scientist, practitioner, and advocate.

I am a scientist with food at the heart of my work—observing, measuring, and interpreting how dietary choices shape health, energy, and longevity.

My daily practice is to translate science into habit, turning insights into actionable strategies that support both personal health and broader life-centered ethics.

My work is guided by a simple truth: what sustains us must nourish all life—humans and animals alike.

A vision for peace, health, and systemic life

I stand for world peace, believing that harmony among people begins with compassion, connection, and responsible stewardship of the planet.

My biggest ambition is audacious yet clear: to create a system that works for all life—humans and animals—while continually becoming the healthiest version of myself.

This weekly evolution is not a solo pursuit; it’s a living, expanding practice that I proudly—and consistently—achieve.

Leadership in community and celebration

I run a sober party called RISE and SHINE, a platform where presence, clarity, and joy are the main attractions.

I have led hundreds of global retreats, ranging from intimate groups of 15 to transformative gatherings of 300 participants. Each retreat is a testament to community, growth, and shared intention.

A life of continual growth

I am committed to perpetual expansion—physically, mentally, and ethically. Each week is an opportunity to refine my practices, deepen my compassion, and contribute to a world where health, peace, and respect for all beings are the baseline.
