My carer telling stories began in the quiet of bedtime, with my four children and later with some of my eleven grandchildren. It was there that love found expression, comfort was felt and values were quietly passed on. When one grandchild clung to his huggable cow, I was inspired to write this story of love, loyalty and affection. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did writing it. I plan to continue to write stories that capture the adventures of childhood, convey love and hope, and that young and old can identify with and enjoy reading.
