Stan A. Peña is a Texas storyteller whose writing lives at the crossroads of memory, mystery, and the land that raised him.

From his home in Amarillo, he continues to gather the voices of the plains—wind, dust, silence, and faith—and shape them into stories that honor endurance and the beauty found in ordinary lives.

A retired higher-education leader, Peña draws from deep roots and personal history. His debut novel, The Treasure Secrets of Junior: Cactus Cave, was inspired by childhood adventures and the wisdom handed down by his grandfather.

His poetry collection, Where Stillness Finds Healing, reflects on grief, grace, and the quiet transformations that shape the human heart.
