J. Bradley Burt

A multiple award-winning writer for my short fiction and poetry, I am a retired principal, superintendent, and school district director of education, and a graduate of York University (History and English) and the Ryerson School of Journalism.

I’ve published fourteen novels in the Maggie Keiller/Derek Sloan crime series, and ten collections of whimsical, heartwarming, and cautionary tales and poems.

I live with my wife in Florida and Ontario, where I’m currently at work on a fifteenth novel (Not In My Backyard), an eleventh collection of tales, and an anthology of haiku poetry.
