Preeti Gupta

Preeti Gupta, CFP®, CPA, is a financial planner by day and an explorer of existential conundrums by night. Ironically, her professional life centers on chasing the material, while her writing examines giving it all up for the spiritual.

Born in Chicago and now residing in New Jersey, Preeti was raised in a liberal Hindu family active in Chinmaya Mission, where she grew up learning Eastern philosophy and scripture. She found herself increasingly torn between science and the supernatural, faith and reason. Now in her mid-50s, she remains a left- and right-brained, wishy-washy agnostic, writing and blogging on all topics theist and atheist.
