Nathan Elvery

For over three decades, Nathan Elvery has been driven by a single conviction: that public service is transformed not by systems alone, but by the people within them. As a Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director, he didn't simply lead change; he ignited it, inspiring teams and communities to believe in what becomes possible when vision meets determination.

In 2019, he founded Imagine Public Services Ltd, channelling that experience into a dual mission: strategic transformation and leadership development. As an Accredited Professional Executive Coach, Nathan works with senior leaders under a simple guiding philosophy: the answers lie within you, and the journey of discovery is one we take together.

His coaching is not about telling leaders what to do. It's about unlocking what they already sense they can become. Through one-to-one conversations built on trust, deep listening and purposeful challenge, he helps leaders find their own path to excellence and, in doing so, helps them transform the organisations and communities they serve.
