A lifelong lover of books, imagination, and storytelling, I believe every child has a story worth telling. Inspired by years spent exploring libraries, bookstores, and cultures around the world, I fulfilled my lifelong dream of creating books that encourage children to read, imagine, and create.

I studied at CUNY's LaGuardia Community College and Hunter College in New York, where I developed a deep appreciation for creative expression, diverse voices, and the power of education. Those experiences continue to inspire every book I create.

Today, I am the author of a growing catalog of children's books and creative literacy resources, including the William's Wish series, The Midnight Library Tree series, Kingston to Seoul series, the Draw Your Own Story™ collection, and the Teatime Moments coloring book series.

My Draw Your Own Story™ collection was created from a simple idea: children shouldn't just read stories—they should have the opportunity to become authors and illustrators themselves. Through imaginative story prompts and open-ended drawing activities, children build creativity, confidence, communication skills, and a lifelong love of storytelling while creating books that are uniquely their own.

Based in Virginia, I continue to create books for families, classrooms, libraries, homeschool programs, and learning centers. My mission is to inspire curiosity, encourage creativity, and help every child discover the joy of reading and storytelling.
