F.G. Provencal is a disabled US Army Veteran and a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent. He holds an active license in the United States and serves as a referral agent with eXp Realty, LLC, bringing over a decade of high-stakes transactional experience to the table.

Four years ago, he traded the American corporate grind for a one-way ticket to Costa Rica. He didn't come to retire in a gated "gringo" bubble; he came to build a life. Now married to a Costa Rican national and living deep in the heart of local communities, he has spent years mastering the culture, the bureaucracy, and the unwritten rules of the tropics.

He wrote Costa Rica Confidential to bridge the gap between the glossy travel brochures and the gritty reality. His mission is to arm future expats with the "boots on the ground" intelligence they need to protect their assets and their sanity.
