Austin Roberts

Austin Roberts is a creative consultant, facilitator, and co-founder of PlayInnové, known for blending creative play with people-centered strategy to help teams collaborate and innovate. He has supported leaders through culture-building, engagement work, and organizational development. Austin earned his master’s in management and leadership from Pepperdine University and his bachelor’s degree from the University of the Pacific. Austin loves the outdoors, discovering new foods, and traveling to experience life through fresh lenses. His passion for nature and sustainability continues to shape his work and worldview. You’ll often find him on a trail with his dogs, Duke and Baron, or in a research rabbit hole with his cat nearby.
