Amy's coaching services cover a wide spectrum of personal and professional challenges. She provides life coaching for individuals seeking personal growth, career coaching for professional development, layoff support for those navigating job transitions, and time management strategies to enhance productivity.
She has been coaching for over a decade. She has expanded her coaching business to focus not only on life, career, and time management coaching but also on layoff coaching. Amy aims to help her clients navigate the layoff process. Her approach goes beyond merely finding the next job; she addresses the emotional and practical challenges that come with being laid off.
Amy aims to help companies foster a culture of compassionate layoffs. This encompasses guiding organizations in planning, executing, and managing layoffs with empathy, while providing tools and resources for those directly affected and employees who remain after the layoffs.
She has more than 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship and non-profit work. In 2014, she founded Amy Bloustine Coaching, which specializes in life and career coaching, layoff coaching and consulting, and time management coaching. Additionally, she has established a non-profit organization, worked for the DEA Educational Foundation, and worked for a national non-profit organization dedicated to reducing teen substance abuse and supporting those affected by addiction.
Amy holds a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Business from Westminster College. She also has a Masters in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University. In addition, she is an NYU-certified Life Coach, a GetFive Certified Master Career Coach, and a trained Recovery Coach through CCAR.
