Rob Stenberg

Rob Stenberg has been in the leadership and sales enablement profession for many years and he owns and operates Stenberg & Associates – Sales & Leadership Academy. He teaches leadership principles, communication, storytelling and connective listening to companies and individuals interested in increasing their ability to influence, engage, lead and sell. His passion is adding value to others so they can reach the goals they set for themselves.

He is a Mindworx Licensed and Certified Senior Trainer and Coach, a Maxwell Team Certified speaker, trainer and coach as well as a Cialdini Certified Professional. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of St. Scholastica with degrees in Management and Marketing.

Rob has over 25 years of selling experience in a diverse number of industries and he speaks and works with organizations of all sizes looking to improve from the inside, by growing their people. He also coaches individual business executives and sales professionals and speaks to groups desiring education, motivation and inspiration.
