Scilla Andreen

Scilla Andreen is an award-winning filmmaker, popular speaker, mother of six, and the creator of the Creative Coping Toolkit, a film and evidence-based mental health education program used in schools, workplaces, and communities around the world.

She has spent more than a decade working alongside educators, brain scientists, mental health professionals, and families to make talking about our feelings easier, more accessible, and even fun. Her work blends storytelling with simple, science-based tools that help people notice what they’re feeling, interrupt negative thinking, and shift their internal state toward calm, clarity, focus, and joy.

Scilla is also the founder of Impactful Networks and the visionary behind GiGi, an ethical AI companion that teaches emotional literacy and belonging. Her mission is simple and deeply personal: remind people that they matter, they belong, and they are not alone.

When she’s not writing or building programs that reach millions, you can find her on stage speaking to schools and organizations across the country and addressing global wellness leaders at Fortune 500 companies and mental health summits. She’s also cheering for underdogs, supporting her family, or sharing small acts of kindness that brighten the world.
