Phil Mullis

About the Author

Phil Mullis is a retired Air Traffic Controller from Chicago Approach Control, a disabled Vietnam veteran, and holds a Master of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dispute Resolution.

His work reflects a lifelong exposure to high-pressure decision making, institutional systems, and the human dynamics that unfold within them. Drawing from both professional experience and academic study, he writes crime and historical fiction grounded in realism, restraint, and consequence.

Phil Mullis lives and writes in St. Augustine, Florida.
