Mark Pederson

Mark Pederson is a pastor, Bible teacher, and Christian author who loves bringing the Gospel of John to life through creative storytelling. After decades of serving in various ministry roles, he stepped into pastoral ministry later in life—a journey that gives his writing a unique blend of humility, hope, and real-world experience. Mark is passionate about helping people break through the “spiritual fog” of everyday life and see the beauty of Jesus clearly.

He also creates digital Bible content across YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, reaching people far beyond the walls of his small rural Illinois church. Mark and his wife, Denise—an RN with a PhD in nursing education—love serving together, mentoring believers, and exploring new ministry opportunities God may open. When he isn’t writing or preaching, Mark enjoys fitness, cooking experiments, and finding good Midwest coffee.
