With 30 years of experience in the automotive and retail sectors across the UK, Middle East, and African markets, I have held senior leadership roles with several global OEM brands, including Ford, Nissan, Infiniti, and Hyundai. My expertise ranges from executive board management to operational leadership, and I have also worked with two major distributor-dealer partners, Al Futtaim and Arnold Clark, gaining valuable experience and insights from the highly competitive markets of the UK and UAE.

Much of my leadership has focused on guiding my teams and encouraging their growth and development. I am committed to coaching and mentoring, providing career advice, and helping colleagues develop both leadership qualities and interpersonal skills. Additionally, I have spent many years actively involved in interview and panel selection processes, gaining a strong understanding of candidate preparation, psychometric testing, and employee profiling. My approach to coaching is simple: to be professional, supportive, candid, and dedicated to helping others grow and succeed.
