Rick McDonald

Rick McDonald is a prophetic teacher, storyteller, and missionary whose life was reshaped by a transforming encounter with Jesus in Dublin in 1992. For more than three decades, he has carried the gospel across nations, mentoring emerging leaders and helping ignite movements of prayer, discipleship, and spiritual awakening. His ministry blends prophecy, intercession, and practical mission with a steady devotion to seeing lives restored and communities transformed through the presence of God.

Rick is the founder of The Burning Ones International and serves with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), equipping believers to walk in their God-given calling with courage and clarity. He has prayed and ministered in cities throughout North and Central America, Europe, Africa and Israel, following the leading of the Holy Spirit into places hungry for hope. A graduate of the Assemblies of God Masters Commission, the Advanced Missions Training School in Zambia, and YWAM’s Discipleship Training School in Kona, Hawaii, he continues to write, teach, and champion those on their own journey toward intimacy with Jesus.
