Alphaeus Anderson

Alphaeus Anderson, a Distinguished Alumni of Anderson University, is a professor at USC Upstate, where he also oversees the Gospel Choir, earning its first Avidity Award win and Stellar Award nomination in 2025. He founded Pure-N-Heart, a youth choir with two Stellar Award wins, multiple nominations, and over 20 years of global impact. Married to Alexias for 20 years, he co-leads the Pure-N-Heart Arts & Technology Foundation, equipping youth in music and technology. His work has recently reached Europe and China, and as the author of “Youth Impact” and “No Youth No Church Soulutions,” he continues inspiring leaders worldwide to engage the next generation.
