Hart Casey

Hart Casey is a faith-forward health coach and lifelong storyteller who has worn a few unexpected hats along the way — including lumberjack competitor, pro sports commentator, and caretaker of a once-very-spirited flock of chickens. But her favorite adventures have always been the ones shared across three generations of mothers and daughters in her family.

A Ride in the Big Red Truck blends Hart’s own childhood escapades with her bold, big-hearted mom and the everyday adventures she now watches her daughters share with their beloved GranJan — all rooted in the same spirit of wonder that has carried their family through the years.

Hart lives in Tennessee with her husband and two daughters, where she continues to collect stories the same way she always has — in unapologetic pursuit of merging the extra with the ordinary and rediscovering the sacred healing tucked into moments of childlike wonder.
