As a parent and a teacher, I experienced first-hand how challenging it can be to teach at home. I often found that revisiting forgotten knowledge took far longer than expected, sometimes stretching into weeks of preparation just to feel confident enough to teach it well.

That experience became the starting point for Bumble Lab Books.

I began collecting and organising the knowledge I needed, breaking it down and recording it in a way I could return to easily; something practical, structured, and ready to use at any time. What started as a personal solution quickly became something I knew other parents would benefit from too.

Bumble Lab Books is designed to empower parents to feel confident and capable when teaching their children at home. I understand how overwhelming home education can feel, especially when time is limited and daily life is already full.

My approach removes that pressure. Either through bedtime stories or time-assigned workbooks.

For Phonics, each lesson is carefully scripted and intentionally condensed into just 10 minutes a day, making learning feel achievable, structured, and stress-free. By breaking education into small, manageable sessions, I aim to reduce mental load and remove the common barrier of “not knowing where to start.”

But Bumble Lab Books is not just about education…it’s about connection.

These short, guided learning moments create space for parents and children to learn together in a calm, focused way.

They help build confidence in teaching, strengthen parent–child relationships, and foster a positive emotional connection to learning.

I believe meaningful education does not require long hours or complex planning. Instead, it thrives in consistency, simplicity, and shared attention.
