To view the world through the eyes of an artist is the threshold that Ian Garrioch invites his readers to cross. As engaging as his magnificent paintings are, his thoughts on the creative process give us insights into how we can more meaningfully understand ourselves and the world in which we live. This is a book for art lovers, for practicing artists, and the actively curious. This is a book that will enrich us all. Patricia Jean Smith- Author.
