Marianna Penna is the CEO & Founder of WOW Women of Worth London, G100 Italy Chair for Brand Creation & Marketing and Partner at LEXeFISCAL LLP, international boutique tax law in London.

Human Personal Brand Creator, Author, Podcaster, Public Speaker, Event Organiser. Born in Naples, Italy, with a degree in Economics, she has built a career across Italy and the UK, becoming a reference in authentic marketing and personal brand creation, helping women transform from invisible to irresistible, making them shine from the inside out. Her career began in 2001 with major experience in finance as a controller for an American multinational in Italy, before moving into PR and marketing, managing international campaigns in food, fashion, and lifestyle. Later, as Marketing Director and Managing Partner at LEXeFISCAL LLP in London, she brought creativity and female leadership into the legal and fiscal sector.

In 2021, she founded WOW Women of Worth London to empower women entrepreneurs and professionals through a holistic, human-centred marketing approach. Her innovative frameworks guide women step by step: the Marketing
