Tom Kelsey

I have been a writer for nearly all of my life. When my elder sister and I performed the "Santa's Adventure" puppet show for our family, I was the playwright. I was always drawn to theatre in its many forms, because of the the way the magic moved me. Professionally, I continued writing throughout, first working for the largest theme parks in America, and then the corporate world, where I helped CEOs craft their messages ... always with the story as the principle focus. I have written literally hundreds of speeches, won awards for films and videos, written no less than three books for others ... and never once had I written a book of my own. "Willie Takes the Trail" is such a book. it is partially biographical, having been the lived experience of my son and I, both with Neurodivergence as a life condition. Based on reader response, I plan to continue this journey, as it's quite a refreshing way to round out a lengthy career.
