As an executive producer for The Red & Green Company, Steve has released 24 albums in the world classical music genre between 1990 & 2024. The albums are available in fine music retail outlets worldwide. Since 1985, he has authored 45 articles published in business and marketing journals. Steve is a graduate of The Indian Institute of Technology & The Wharton Business School.

Sailaja Rao was born and brought up in the Telugu-speaking environs of Andhra Pradesh, India. She holds degrees in science and education. She is currently collaborating with Steve on The Book of Chutney.
