Thomas Didymus

Thomas Didymus, the pen name of Edmund Terrence “Terry” Keenan, is a lifelong seeker and science-informed thinker whose path blends spirituality, nature and the clarity of engineering. With over two decades delivering major BioPharma and cleanroom projects for leaders like Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and Merck, he has built environments where discovery and healing can flourish.

Raised with strong faith, he confronted the “God gap” early in life, the tension between belief in an intervening God and the realities of history. This led him to explore meaning grounded in nature, science, and the human capacity for awe, love and connection.

His lifelong inquiry shaped Natureligion, a framework for spirituality rooted in clarity, compassion and natural wonder. Thomas applies the same disciplined thinking he uses professionally to invite readers into a grounded, evidence-informed spiritual perspective.

He lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania and finds inspiration in nature and in time spent with his five children and four grandchildren.
