Mr. Anderson has been writing software since 1982. Starting on a Commodore PET CBM, working through personal computers and super computers. From 1990 to 1995 he attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he studied Nuclear Engineering and Computer Science. In 1995 he received his Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering with Nuclear Specialty. In 2018 he went back to school and got his Master's in Computer Science (Machine Learning) from Georgia Tech.
Mr. Anderson was a SERS Scholar, a Los Alamos National Laboratory staff member, a co-author on an R&D100 finalist submission, a 2021 XPrize Pandemic Response Challenge finalist, and a member of the board of directors for the San Diego Center of Cyber Excellence. He created the AskUncleSam and AskCyberSam services, GoNist800 and HyperQ. He's a lifetime senior member of the ACM, ANS, and Tau Beta Pi, and holds CISSP, CCP, RP, and GDPR-F certifications.
