With nearly two decades of experience spanning venture-backed startups and public companies like Sprinklr, Kong, Olo, and Gigya, Laura has architected go-to-market systems that drive clarity, accountability, and sustained performance. At Sprinklr, she played a pivotal role in scaling international operations and sales enablement, helping new markets achieve over 100% of booking goals while implementing global programs that accelerated rep ramp and pipeline productivity. At Kong and Olo, she led GTM transformation efforts—rebuilding sales rhythms, territory models, and onboarding programs to reduce time-to-performance and improve operational visibility for leadership.

Now leading Revenue Strategy and Operations at DevRev, Laura is at the forefront of applying AI to modern sales strategy and execution. Her focus: exploring how AI can support sales organizations—from improving pipeline coverage and forecasting visibility to enabling faster execution across the GTM motion. As AI reshapes how technology is built, sold, and supported, Laura’s work centers on designing adaptive systems that keep pace with innovation while elevating human potential.
