Jacky Ziki

Jacky Ziki is a London-based etiquette consultant, writer, and travel consultant with over 30 years of international experience in personal development and lifestyle coaching.

A graduate of Oxford Brookes University with an MBA, he holds a Certificate in International Business & Diplomatic Protocol from the Europrotocol School and a Master Certification in Etiquette Consulting from the Career College.

An esteemed member of the London Association of Etiquette Consultants, Jacky is recognised for his in-depth knowledge of British etiquette and contemporary social graces, blending traditional refinement with a modern global perspective. He has extensive experience delivering training sessions and workshops across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, where he has worked with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds to enhance their communication, presentation, and professional polish. He founded the etiquette school in London in 2008.

His previous books, Etiquette with Ziki, published in Hong Kong in 2020, and Level Up in 21 Days, published in the UK in 2025, reflect his thoughtful approach to modern manners and elegance.
